Major one-off projects can sometimes require more than a company will choose to handle in-house. In these instances, GoodFusion offer additional expertise and play a supporting role in managing a project or programme throughout.

Effective management of a project and its team will have a noticeable impact on the likelihood of success. Delivering within scope and budget and on time does not happen without active involvement from a well led team. In truth, it is rarely technology or services that are the causes of failure but rather softer problems such as confused communications, unrealistic deadlines or poorly defined goals.

Establishing good project management practice and resourcing a team correctly is critical to success.

We are able to resource projects with a number of key roles, such as project managers (with leanings to marketing or technology specific projects), business analysts, and product or marketing managers.

Our people are experienced in various structured project management methodologies, such as Prince 2, Body of Knowledge, Agile and many other approaches. We can put in place any of these methodologies or adopt the preferred approach used by the client.

All our staff are from technology, telecommunication or marketing backgrounds and have years of experience in implementing both smaller projects and more complex programmes of work
